BOERI HELMETS INTRODUCES NEW SNOWBOARD/FREERIDE HELMET

Norwood, MA. -- Whats all this STEEZ talk you ask? Well, Boeri Helmets is proud to introduce the newest addition to our Snowboard and Freeride helmet family, STEEZ.

Over the years weve heard just about every reason in the book why people dont wear helmets while skiing or riding... Weve found that it all comes down to three things: Personal gear preference, how you feel about the contents of your head, and having a SAFE lid to don as your crown, that actually has Steez!(For those of you facing the generation gap--including me-- STEEZ is also know as STYLE.)

Boeris new STEEZ provides hard-shell helmet protection combined with close-fitting style in a size range from small to huge. STEEZ provides maximum freedom in both fit and feel, along with all of the qualities that you expect from the Market Leader in Helmet Manufacturing:
lighter weight
wider vents
vent shutoffs integrated into our exclusive MPS custom fit system
removable ear flaps
All of this without effecting impact management, or producing a large gap in your cash flow!

STEEZ is available in:
Silver, Black, Blast, Sapphire, Frost, and Vamp
MSRP - $109.99 - $129.99

For those who are not aware, here is a little company history
MPH Associates Inc., the U.S. Distributor for Boeri Helmets, was the first company to bring headgear protection to the United States in 1989. Marc Hauser, founder and president of MPH, introduced the unique Boeri product initially on the ski racing competition circuit, and over the past 13 years has led the charge for educating the public about the benefits of wearing a certified helmet while skiing and riding. All Boeri Ski and Snowboard Helmets meet or exceed the current market standards for testing, ASTM 2040, and/or CEN1077.
ASTM American Standards in Testing Materials
The ASTM standard tests a helmeted headform that is dropped from a specific height onto three different shaped metal platforms called anvils, and requires the impact be managed effectively despite the shape of the anvil. ASTM does not require helmets to be produced with penetration protection (this allows for large vent holes or designs that may allow miscellaneous objects to poke through to the wearers head).
CE Central European
The CE standard was created for reducing the most commonly occurring wintersport related head injuries, the mild concussion. The test requires that a helmeted headform be dropped from a certain height onto a single shaped flat anvil. This flat shaped anvil is used to duplicate the snow or ice on a trail surface. CE also requires penetration protection.

Parks can be icy, cliffs can be steep and trees can hurt. Our line of snowsport helmets takes into account all of the terrain you can hit in one day of riding, and utilizes Boeris experience and helmet features to make sure you make it back to the hot tub party in one piece. Manufactured just outside of Milan, Italy, the Boeri brand is known for producing protective headgear for the past _ century, and is dedicated to quality and innovation. Boeri Sport USA is a division of MPH Associates Inc., the sole U.S. distributor of Boeri Helmets.
