WHY DO YOU WEAR A BOERI HELMET?

I lost a friend to an avalanche this past winter, he died of head injuries and not suffocation. Had he been wearing a helmet there is a good chance he would have survived. I wear helmets because I love life and want to live as long a life as possible. I am willing to take the precaution of wearing a helmet to prevent injury or a pre-mature death. Also, helmets are warm and comfy!
